What We Do.

With any event, the starting point  must be to define  your event purpose and concept by brainstorming some of your aims and objectives.  Next we would ensure  these are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and have a  realistic time frame.

The next step in the process is to plan.  Planning is the most important part of running a successful event. This is where absolute precision is required.

The plan must include the following important elements:

  • Key aims and objectives

  • Project budget

  • Program schedule (including contact list)

  • Site plan and other details about the venue

  • Traffic management plan

  • Security brief

  • Contracts with suppliers and entertainers

  • Event promotion/ marketing

  • Waste management

  • Risk management plan

  • Project plan/ critical path/ and/ or task list listing all the tasks required to deliver the event (appendix one is a sample task list)

  • Emergency management plan, including map of evacuation

  • Public liability insurance
